Instructions for Newly Admitted Students
(State Quota – SQ)
General Instructions
- Students admitted under State Quota (SQ) must report to GMERS Medical College, Navsari as per the schedule notified by ACPMEC, Government of Gujarat.
- Admission is provisional and subject to verification of eligibility, documents, and fee payment.
- Failure to report within the stipulated time or non-compliance of instructions may lead to cancellation of admission.
Mandatory Certificate & Document Submission
- Students must submit original documents along with self-attested photocopies at the time of reporting.
- All documents submitted at the Help Centre must also be submitted at the college.
- Certificates must be issued by competent authorities and be valid for the relevant academic year.
- Any discrepancy or non-submission of documents may result in cancellation of admission.
Hostel Fee & Deposit (At the Time of Reporting)
Students opting for hostel accommodation are required to submit a Demand Draft of ₹ 11,000/- in favour of:
