Instructions for Newly Admitted Students
(All India Quota – AIQ)
General Instructions
- Admission under All India Quota (AIQ) is governed by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), Government of India.
- Admission is provisional and subject to verification of eligibility, documents, and fees.
- Failure to comply with instructions may result in cancellation of admission at any stage.
Mandatory Certificate & Document Submission
- All candidates must submit original certificates along with self-attested photocopies at the time of reporting.
- Certificates must be issued by competent authorities and valid for the Current Academic Year.
- Certificates / documents not as per prescribed norms will not be accepted.
- Checklist of Documents required at the time of reporting:

- Persons with Disability (PwD):
Disability Certificate issued by a designated Medical Board is mandatory.
View Proforma of Disability Certificate - SC / ST Candidates:
Original Caste Certificate issued by competent authority is mandatory.
View Proforma of SC / ST Certificate - OBC – Non-Creamy Layer (NCL):
Certificate must mention Non-Creamy Layer status and be valid for 2025–26.
View Proforma of OBC-NCL Certificate - Economically Weaker Section (EWS):
Certificate must be issued as per Government of India guidelines.

Fee Payment Instructions – All India Quota (AIQ)
- Demand Draft – 1 (Tuition Fee): ₹ 3,75,000/-
- Demand Draft – 2 (Hostel Fee + Refundable Deposit): ₹ 17,000/-
Both Demand Drafts must be drawn in favour of:
“STUDENT SECTION GMERS MEDICAL COLLEGE NAVSARI” (Payable at Navsari)
